Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse the catalog, open the product you want, choose your color, size, and fabric, then add it to cart. For the best value, use the bundle builder to select 2 or 3 Archive pieces before checkout.
How do bundle savings work?
Build 2 shirts to unlock 10% off. Build 3 shirts to unlock 15% off plus free shipping. If you start with 2 pieces, you can return to the bundle builder and add one more piece before checkout.
Can I buy the same shirt more than once?
Yes. You can add the same Archive piece more than once, including different sizes or colors, as long as the selected variant is available.
Can I edit my bundle before checkout?
Yes. You can return to the bundle builder or cart to edit selected pieces, adjust quantities, remove items, or add one more shirt to unlock the next bundle tier.
Payment & Checkout
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed through Shopify secure checkout gateways. EMBRYNIUM does not store your complete credit card information.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account can help you track orders, save addresses, checkout faster next time, and receive future EMBRYNIUM updates or exclusive offers.
Production & Shipping
Are EMBRYNIUM pieces made to order?
Yes. EMBRYNIUM pieces are produced through a made-to-order model so each order is created with intention and unnecessary inventory waste is reduced.
How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 1-2 business days, production can take up to 7 business days, and shipping is typically delivered within about 2 weeks. Carrier timing can vary by location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs, available services, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout so you can follow the package.
Returns & Product Details
What is your return policy?
At this time, all purchases are final. Please review color, size, fabric, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Product availability is shown on each product page. If a color or size is unavailable, it may not be selectable or may show as unavailable before checkout.
Do you restock sold-out Archive pieces?
Some pieces may restock, but Archive releases can be limited. If restock notifications are available, use the product page notification option.
How do I contact customer support?
